Masala Khakhras are popular whole wheat crackers with the flavourful undertones of mild spices. Turmeric, Chilli powder, Cumin seeds (Jeera) and Ajwain are added to the wheat dough and kneaded into thin discs. Perfectly roasted to make this crispy and masaledar snack. Best complemented by a hearty cup of kadak chai.
